Mr. Purvis is an FAA Licensed Dispatcher with a background in flight operations management. Mr. Purvis is currently the VP of Professional Services at FlightApps, a leading Flight Department IT Support and Consulting firm. Over the previous 8 years, David managed several different Charter Operations in Denver, Aspen, and Carlsbad. David also has experience as an advertising sales manager for a grassroots aviation publication along with line service experience at a local FBO. He attended Colorado State University in Fort Collins, Colorado and studied Business Administration prior to following his heart into aviation.
Reggie Arsenault - Vice-Chairman - rarsenault@mycaba.org
Mr. Arsenault began his aviation career as a student at the University of North Dakota. At UND he received his BS in Aeronautical Science with a focus on Professional Flight. Reggie worked at Pratt & Whitney as a Program Manager and after two years on the East Coast, the call of the Rockies was too strong. Jeppesen recruited Reggie back to Colorado in order to Manage the Business Aviation Service team. Reggie has since moved his way up through the company and now serves as the Senior Manager of Sales & Service for Jeppesen's Business and General Aviation team. Reggie has been an active member of CABA since 2008, initially serving on the S&D committee. Reggie also has his Master's Degree in Information Technology from Regis University.
Iver Retrum - Membership Director - iretrum@mycaba.org (Chairman Emeritus)
Mr. Retrum was the acting Chairman of CABA from 2007 to 2010, overseeing the associations formal reinvigoration and eventual transition to the Colorado Aviation Business Association. Currently Mr. Retrum serves as Director of Marketing and Sales for SunBorne Development, LLC. Mr. Retrum has 15 years of aviation related work experience, 9 of those years being specific to aviation marketing and sales. Since receiving his Bachelors of Science in Aviation Technology from Metro State College of Denver, Mr. Retrum has worked in a variety of aviation specific roles with such companies as Signature Flight Support, Inc and ARINC, Inc. Mr. Retrum also has a passion for aviation and currently holds a commercial/instrument and certified flight instructor certificate.
Brittany Davies - Treasurer - bdavies@mycaba.org
Ms. Davies currently serves as a scheduler for M&N Aviation, a corporate charter company. With 9 years of business aviation experience, Ms. Davies has a background in customer relations and business development. Brittany holds a Bachelors of Science in Aviation Technology from Metro State College of Denver. Brittany also is a dedicated volunteer in her community and is a multi-commercial pilot.
Mr. McCready has over a decade of experience in Business Aviation and most recently held the position of Regional Sales Director for XOJet, Inc. Prior to that, Michael led Eastern Sales at Adam Aircraft and as an accomplished pilot in the A500, Michael was an aviation consultant utilizing the A500 in the movie Miami Vice. Michael has additional industry experience in flight department management, airport management, and flight school operations. He attended Metro State College of Denver and Colorado School of Mines, and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree with a focus in Aviation and Mathematics. Michael is also a commercial rated pilot with a current CFI; he enjoys flying whenever possible and loves to ski, mountain bike, and fly fish.
Mr. Langfeldt has over 35 years of CFO and executive management, of which 20 years has been in business aviation. His experience in FBO and Charter management brings sound business skills and an understanding of aircraft pilots and owners concerns. He is currently with Wetzel Aviation.
With formal graduate studies in Human Factors and Management, Donovan has studied, researched and written about issues concerning cultural problems in aviation safety programs as well as organizational structures and protocols that promote, enhance and economize information exchange between work-groups in flight operations centered companies. Donovan is currently employed as a line pilot flying the Learjet 31A, 35 and 55. He holds an ATP certificate, a current Flight Instructor certificate with single and multi-engine and instrument privileges, and Ground Instructor certification with advanced/instrument ratings. Donovan attended the University of Colorado, Boulder and Metropolitan State College for his undergraduate education in both Geography/Earth Science and Planning and Aviation Technology. He also attended Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in the Master of Aeronautical Science program with a dual specialization in Human Factors and Management.

Mr. Turner's professional career has spanned several different areas to include a pilot and aircraft technician for almost every type of aircraft operations. Michael currently operates a full range of private jets from single pilot Citations to international Falcon 50 and Gulfstream 550 operations. Michael also teaches CPR/AED and First Aid, and is a certified protection specialist and emergency medical technician who also manages a protection and medical team for a local non-profit organization. Michael is a Denver native, and a graduate of Metro State College of Denver with and Aerospace degree. Michael has a wife and three kids and enjoys a variety of hobbies to include skiing, scuba diving, rock climbing and shooting.

Ms. Drolet is currently with BBA Aviation plc - Legacy Support Group holding the position of Manager, Market Analyst. She began her career with Bombardier Aerospace in Montreal, Canada in 2000. In 2006, after 6 years with Bombardier, Nathalie accepted an aircraft sales opportunity at Eclipse Aviation. Nathalie has a vested interest in the aviation industry as exhibited by her pursuit for her leisure private pilot's license. Nathalie graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce from Concordia University in Montreal, Canada. She is fluent (written and spoken) in French and English and speaks some Spanish.

Currently the President and Chief Executive Officer of Integrity Air, Chic has been flying for 40 years and holds an MBA - Aviation from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University (ERAU) with concentration in Business Aviation. He founded Integrity Air, Inc., a management, leasing and charter brokerage firm serving clients in the Rocky Mountain Region. Mr. Myers career has included a variety of aviation management leadership positions where he is a recognized expert in business aviation management, operations, charter and leasing. Myers is Co-Chair of the National Business Aviation Association (NBAA) regional group of member companies in Southern Colorado. During the January 2010 Haitian earthquake relief effort, Chic was an NBAA C.A.R.E. team member that coordinated 400 flights into Haiti employing aircraft donated by member companies supporting Doctors, Nurses, medical supplies and orphanage sponsors.

Mr. Carson has a career representing a strong background in many facets of aviation, which includes: FBO Operations, Airline Planning, Charter Operations, FAA Check Airman, and operating business aircraft as a pilot to destinations worldwide. Eric graduated from University of Central Missouri with a Bachelor of Science degree in Aviation Management and holds an ATP with various type ratings, including CFII/MEI/AGI. Most recently, Eric has been part of a Fortune 500 flight department flying the Falcon 2000EX-EASy, in addition to managing volunteers for a local non-profit organization. Eric is married with two children and also is an active glider pilot.
